first off i just want to apologize if im posting this in the wrong area or if someone has already covered this topic.
well i have a few questions about the H/K amp and speakers.
i just picked up a 2003 mini cooper s about 2 weeks ago, i noticed that two of the speakers were not working and one tweeter was blown. so i replaced the front speakers with some after market ones i picked up from best buy. i disconnected the blown tweeter as well. so after i did the install i noticed the sound is great but the front driver side speaker still does not work. and the rear passanger speaker doesnt work (didnt replace it) so i did some digging around in the car and noticed the stock Harman Kardon amp was removed. i was wondering could this be the problem for my front driver side speaker and rear passanger speaker to not be working? or is it something with the wiring since who ever the owner before replaced the stock head unit with an after market one. if anyone can shed some light on this topic that would be great. once again sorry if someone has already posted this.
